“Credit is an Asset” workshop is an 8-hour interactive training for microenterprise development organizations providing an overview of the changing credit reporting and scoring system.  In addition the workshop overviews specific strategies on how MDO’s can integrate credit building into their lending, technical assistance and financial education activities including our Credit Builder 5-Step© model for entrepreneurs! Whether or not you are currently providing lending or credit building to your clients, this workshop is a must for SBA Microloan Intermediaries and other community-based organizations to better understand today’s credit economy and learn an asset-based approach to working with credit.

* Trainees are responsible for all travel and lodging costs associated with attending this training. Registration to the CFED Assets Learning Conference is not required for this workshop. SBA MLI staff that attend the pre-conference can request a CBA partner code and register for just $500 (a 30% savings off the regular registration of $750).
