Glenn Helme is a Lead Business Partner at Target Foundation, where he manages the foundation’s national grant portfolio focused on economic opportunity. Since joining Target Foundation in 2021, he has led partnerships and grantmaking strategies that support small business development, workforce development, and asset building initiatives across the country. Before joining Target Foundation, Glenn managed international education and exchange programs at Meridian International Center in Washington, DC. His work included oversight of grant-funded leadership and civic engagement initiatives such as the Young Leaders of the Americas Initiative (YLAI) and the Study of the U.S. Institutes (SUSI). Glenn holds a BA in International Studies from American University and a Graduate Certificate in Nonprofit Management and Leadership from the University of Maryland, College Park.
