Kathy Siddens is the chief executive officer of Prosperity Connection. She is responsible for leading the strategic direction of the organization with the guidance of the Board of Directors and assistance of staff. Additionally, her role focuses heavily upon partner relationship management and fundraising. Prior to joining Prosperity Connection, she worked at U.S. Bank for 18 years serving as the Vice President, Regional Community Affairs Manager where she led all Corporate Social Responsibility and Community Development functions in a nine-state geographic region. Kathy holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Westminster College. She completed a graduate fellowship with the CORO Foundation and holds the Accreditation in Public Relations from the Public Relations Society of America. In addition, she is a Focus St. Louis Leadership St. Louis program graduate, former board member of Family Forward, St. Joseph Housing Initiative and the United Way Economic Initiatives Committee and currently serves as a board member of the Community Builders Network.
