Rajitha currently serves as the Chief Program Officer at Grameen America Inc. – the nation’s fastest growing microfinance organization with a mission of empowering financial access and mobility for all. Rajitha has worked in the field of financial inclusion for over eight years, doubling Grameen America’s reach and creating new programs including credit-building and asset-building. Prior to this, she has worked across multiple domains from strategy consulting to the United Nations to tech. Her educational background is similar with degrees in engineering and business from India, and most recently graduated from Columbia University’s School of International and Public Affairs. With insights and experience in creating innovative yet scalable service offerings, she serves in the Board’s Strategic Planning Committee.
