1. What is the refund policy for the 2027 Summit?
Registrations cancelled prior to April 1, 2027 are eligible for a full refund. Registrations cancelled between April 1, 2027 and April 30, 2027 are eligible for a refund of 50% of the registration cost. Unfortunately, CBA is unable to refund registrations cancelled after April 30, 2027

2. Can I transfer my registration to a colleague?
Yes, refunds are transferable to another member of your organization. To transfer a registration, email events@creditbuildersalliance.org and provide the name and email of the existing registrant and the name, organization, title, and email address of the replacement registrant.

3. How should I communicate accessibility requests?
CBA is dedicated to making our events accessible and engaging for all participants. Please do not hesitate to contact events@creditbuildersalliance.org with any accessibility requests or ideas.

4. How can I travel to the event hotel?
The event hotel is closest to Ronald Reagan National Airport (DCA) and the airport’s Metro station. The event hotel, the Renaissance Arlington Capital View, operates a free shuttle bus from DCA between 5:05 AM and 11:05 PM and from the Crystal City Metro station between 6:30 AM and 10:00 PM.
The airport shuttle pickup point is on the lower level, and attendees should look for a shuttle bus with the Renaissance, Residence Inn, and Courtyard logos. The Metro shuttle pickup points are near 23rd Street and Crystal Drive (by the Ruth’s Chris Steak House) and the Crystal City Metro Station, and the shuttle bus also has the logos from the Renaissance, Residence Inn, and Courtyard. For those arriving by train or to another airport, DCA and nearby Metro stations are accessible by public transit.

5. What does the Training Day include?
The Practitioner Training Day on June 10th, will feature an exploration of a research based coaching model and a deep dive into your questions on credit! The Practitioner Training Day is designed for financial coaches, counselors, and asset building practitioners who wish to deepen their knowledge and strengthen programs.

6. How can I participate as a media member?
Media members are welcome to attend under CBA’s Media Policy. This includes registration, identification, and respect for sessions that may be closed to media members. If you are interested in attending as a member of the media, please contact events@creditbuildersalliance.org.

Attendees are expected to observe appropriate behavior during the event. This includes, but is not limited to, respect for the presenters, host, and other attendees and a prohibition on any abusive behavior while using the Attendee App. Attendees are not permitted to share any malicious files or information, or spam, and are prohibited from using offensive, threatening, or violent language when contacting other attendees electronically. The ability to participate and format for said participation is at CBA’s sole discretion, including the ability to verbally or electronically interact with other attendees. CBA reserves the right to remove or restrict any attendee from using the online Attendee App due to a violation of these terms and to enforce bans from future sessions or events.
