As the Member Relations Manager, Kayla is responsible for the recruitment and retention of CBA members through a variety of planning and strategic development initiatives, including spearheading new projects such as the annual Membership Drive. Kayla firmly believes in equitable futures and liberation for all and serves on the internal TOBI (Team & Organizational Building Initiative) Committee.
