Rent Reporting Senior Specialist
As Rent Reporting Senior Specialist, Sharon works within CBAs Innovation Team supporting the advancement of CBA’s rent reporting program, and the launch of its Rent Reporting Technical Assistance Center while helping catalyze rent reporting implementation among affordable housing providers across the country. Sharon most recently worked for Native American Rehabilitation Association as their Community Housing Specialist, disseminating housing stabilization resources to Oregon’s American Indian community. Before that she served as a Momentum Fellow for Meyer Memorial Trust, advancing affordable housing development throughout Oregon. Her commitment and passion for social justice extends to advocating for the Black and Immigrant communities, and other communities of color to build wealth through homeownership as a board member of Proud Ground, a Community Land Trust organization in Portland. Sharon has a Bachelor of Landscape Architecture from Michigan State University and Certificate of Conflict Resolution from University of Oregon.
